01What you get

One process, one figure, one plan

Not a list of twenty ideas. The brief picks the first process worth automating and shows its working.

The first process worth automatingChosen from the processes a business like yours actually runs, ranked by what it would save, with the reason it comes first.
A first estimate of what it savesHours a month and what they cost at the published labour rate for your country, each figure with the source it came from.
A 90-day planThe Claude Readiness Workshop, a 30-day Claude pilot, then Department Activation. The prices are on the prices page, not in the brief. The Workshop checks the estimate on your own data.
02How it works

Four steps, about a minute

  1. You write one sentenceWhat the business does, in your own words. Pick an example if you would rather start from one.
  2. Claude reads it and scans the workIt classifies the business, lists the processes a firm like yours runs, and scores each for how much it hurts, how well today's Claude can solve it and how easy it is to deploy.
  3. The brief appears as it is writtenThe process, the hours it takes and what they cost at your labour rate, a proof point from a published case, and the 90-day plan. You watch it build.
  4. You decide what comes nextRead it without giving an email. If you want, bring it to the 30-minute call, which starts from the process it found.

04Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is it free?

Yes. The Mirror is free to use, with a fair limit of a few analyses per day. There is no sign-up wall and no card required.

How long does it take?

A couple of minutes. You describe your business in one or two sentences, the agents run the scan, and your brief appears shortly afterwards, written in your language.

What happens to my data?

Data sent through the API is not used to train models, under Anthropic's commercial terms. If you want to keep your brief, you can save it via an email link. Otherwise, you simply close the page.

How real are the numbers?

The savings are computed deterministically from Eurostat labour cost statistics for your country and sector, so the model cannot invent them. The upside figure is an estimate, and the assumption behind it is shown. Every brief cites its sources.

What is Claude, and who builds this?

Claude is the AI model made by Anthropic. This site is built on Claude by Svennis Cloud Solutions, a team with certified Claude architects that designs and delivers AI solutions for businesses.

What happens after the analysis?

That is up to you. You can save the brief via an email link, take the readiness assessment to see how prepared your organisation is, or talk to us about building the opportunity properly. There is no obligation.
