An AI agent on Claude is a program Svennis builds on Claude. It takes on one process and asks a colleague when it is not sure. Every pilot and every assistant runs on your company's account, never on ours.

02How to read the prices

How to read the prices

You get the final price in the written offer, before you sign. It does not change along the way without your agreement.

  1. 01Only the Workshop has a price without "from". On the others, the final sum depends on what we build: how many connectors, MCP servers, plugins and skills.
  2. 02Svennis Cloud Solutions Ltd invoices you in pounds. The written offer sets out when each part is invoiced.
  3. 03A seat is one person's licence on Claude Team. Seats and Claude usage are not in our prices; you pay them directly, on the company account.
  4. 04We have no day rate and no bundles. There is one discount: the Workshop is credited against the pilot.
03The four steps

The four steps, from the plan to daily work

You buy the steps one at a time. At the end of each you hold something concrete, and you decide whether to go further. The pilot has two options, A and B; both are step 2.

Step 1 of four

Claude Readiness Workshop

We look together at what your company does day to day and choose where Claude is worth it first.

Claude Team is Anthropic's plan for companies; we stand it up, or Claude Enterprise, on the company account for the whole team.

Department Activation

A sprint is 2 weeks of work in one department. There are usually three sprints, one per department.

An AI assistant answers your customers or colleagues, and we keep it running month by month. Setup takes two weeks and costs from 4,200 GBP. The subscription starts at 420 GBP a month, or 850 GBP a month for the larger size.

After the Asset Services Group case: 99.7% of IT requests land on the right Zoho Desk form first time.

On your account. Each assistant runs on your company's Anthropic organisation, with your keys. What we hand over stays with you: the program, the test set, the instructions, the activity log.

What is not in our prices

You pay the Claude seats and usage directly, on the company account. We do not resell them and add nothing to their price.

  1. 01Claude Team or Enterprise seats. You buy them from Anthropic, at Anthropic's UK prices in pounds.
  2. 02The usage of agents and assistants, billed in US dollars by Anthropic or your cloud provider, by how much Claude works. At a few thousand requests it is usually tens of pounds a month. Spending limits are set from day one.
  3. 03New links to your systems, beyond the base price. For each connection to your systems we build what fits: a connector, an MCP server, a plugin or a skill. We show you the options, with the cost of each, and you choose.
  4. 04Xero has an official connector, which reads but does not write. For Sage, FreeAgent and other systems with an API, we build on their API. For a system with no public API, we show you the options.

08Questions

Questions about the prices

How is the Workshop credited against the pilot?

Sign a pilot within 60 days of the Workshop, and the Workshop is credited against it in full. Pilot B: from 12,500 GBP less 2,500 GBP, so from 10,000 GBP. Pilot A: from 16,800 GBP less 2,500 GBP, so from 14,300 GBP. There are no other discounts or bundles.

Can I buy the pilot without the Workshop?

Yes, if you already know the process, how long it takes today and the result you want. Then Pilot A or Pilot B is bought directly, after a half-day analysis. The Workshop is the right road when you do not yet know where Claude is worth it first.

Who invoices, and how?

Svennis Cloud Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales, invoices you in pounds, with VAT added at 20%. The written offer sets out when each part is invoiced. Anthropic bills the seats separately, in pounds.

What happens after day 90?

At day 90, your managing director presents the readout, and whoever signs off the budget signs it. Then you decide whether to extend, adjust or stop. If you extend, the next department is an Activation sprint, from 5,600 GBP, and what runs moves into Managed AI Operations. If you stop, what we built stays with you.
