What you get
Activation is for a company past its pilot that wants Claude in the work of every department. A sprint is two weeks of work on one department.
- 015 to 8 skills per department: routines Claude carries out the same way every time.
- 02Each skill has its test cases, written instructions and a colleague in the department who owns it.
- 03Training on the team's own tasks, and Claude ambassadors: colleagues who answer the others' questions after we leave.
- 04A check on day 60: who uses Claude, whether they use it well, how much and for what, from the admin console.
- 05The day-90 readout: results beside the signed targets, a recommendation and a decision.
- 06The skills stay in your company after we leave; you do not depend on us to use them.
What changes the price
For each connection to your systems we build what fits: a connector, an MCP server, a plugin or a skill. We show you the options, with the cost of each, and you choose.
- 01How many connectors, MCP servers and plugins we build for your systems.
- 02How many skills and routines we prepare and test.
- 03How many departments, seats and channels are in the project.
- 04What your system offers: an API, or another route we choose together.
You get the final price in the written offer, before you sign. It does not change along the way without your agreement.
How it unfolds, step by step
Pick a step: what it covers, what we need from you, what you keep.
Before the sprint: the department, its head and the targets
- We choose the department to start with: usually the one with the pilot's process, or the one losing the most hours.
- The head of the department chooses with us the repeated tasks that become skills.
- For each skill we name a colleague in the department who owns it. Without an owner, a skill does not go into the sprint.
- The department's targets follow from the targets signed at the start of the pilot. We do not invent new figures for each sprint.
- For an accountancy practice: bookkeeping, payroll and tax. Three sprints, one per department.
You bring: The head of the department, about an hour a week from the colleague who owns each skill, and real cases for testing. Your managing director and whoever signs off the budget, for the day-90 readout.
The four steps
You buy the steps one at a time. At the end of each you hold something concrete, and you decide whether to go further. The pilot has two options, A and B; both are step 2.

Frequently asked questions
What is a sprint?
Two weeks of work on one department, with a clear start and end. In week one we write 5 to 8 skills or one anchor workflow; in week two, the team uses them with us beside them. The price starts from 5,600 GBP, paid at the start, and the next sprint takes the next department.
Who presents the day-90 readout?
Your managing director, not Svennis: the results beside the signed targets, the recommendation and the proposed decision. Whoever signs off the budget signs it; in a small company, often the same person. We prepare the figures, and the decision stays the company's after we leave.
How many sprints do we need?
One per department, each at the same price, with no bundles. Usually three, between day 30 and day 90: at the base price, 3 x 5,600 GBP = 16,800 GBP. A company with one department takes one sprint, and the day-90 readout stays.
How much of our time does it take?
About an hour a week from the colleague who owns each skill, plus the team's training on its own tasks. The head of the department chooses the skills with us in week one. The rest is our work.
Can we take Activation without a pilot?
Activation starts from accounts that are set up and secured, usually after Pilot B. If your team already runs Claude Team properly, with roles and spending limits, tell us on the first call. If the seats sit idle, the right offer is Claude Relaunch, which includes a sprint.
What is a Claude ambassador, and why do you recommend one?
A colleague on your team who uses Claude well and helps the others: shows good examples, answers questions, collects the ones that repeat. The role takes about an hour a week. A tool takes hold when a trusted colleague shows it is worth it, so the team keeps using Claude after we leave.
What stays in the company after the sprint?
The skills with their versions, test cases, written instructions and owners. The trained Claude ambassadors, and the signed readout. All on your company's account; if we stop, your team keeps using them.
The other offers: Claude Readiness Workshop · Claude Pilot A: an AI agent on Claude · Claude Pilot B: Claude Team for your team · Managed AI Operations · Claude Team Adoption · Claude Relaunch · AI service desk assistant · AI customer assistant.
