Svennis Cloud Solutions has spent fifteen years making businesses run more smoothly. This site is our latest piece of work: built with Claude, it analyses your business live, in your language, with numbers you can check. Here is who we are and how we came to build it.
Fifteen years of making work flow
We started in Romania in 2011 with a project that still sums us up: digitising a knitwear business on the Zoho platform. Not a moonshot, just a real company with real paperwork, and software that quietly removed it. We became an official Zoho partner that same year, and today we are a Zoho Premium Partner.
In 2015 we moved into full custom software development, building systems from the ground up rather than only configuring platforms. In 2020 we opened our office in Manchester, taking the same practical approach into the UK market.
In 2023 we expanded into AI and Big Data, with Sven Cortel joining to lead the practice. Today we work from four offices, in Cluj-Napoca, Satu Mare, Milan and Manchester, and serve four markets in four languages. The tools have changed enormously since 2011. The job has not: find the work that steals your time, and hand it to software.
How we got here
Our first project digitised a knitwear business on the Zoho platform. We became an official Zoho partner the same year.
We moved beyond platform configuration into full custom software development, building systems from the ground up.
We opened our office in Manchester and brought the same practical automation work to the UK market.
Sven Cortel joined to lead our expansion into AI and Big Data, the practice that now builds on Claude.
We launched this site, built with Claude, as a live demonstration of the service: it analyses your business the way we would.
This site is the demonstration
In 2026 we launched svennis.ai, and we built it the way we now build for clients: with Claude, Anthropic's AI model. The pages are authored AI-first and reviewed by native speakers. The Mirror analysis on the home page runs live on Claude, reasoning about your business the moment you describe it.
The numbers it shows are not the model's opinion. Every value figure is computed deterministically from cited statistics, Eurostat labour cost data for your country and sector, and is never invented. If we ask you to trust AI with your business, the least we can do is run ours on it, in public, with the sources on the table.
How we keep ourselves honest
Value figures are computed deterministically from cited sources such as Eurostat. The model interprets them; it never sets them.
We never fabricate client names, logos or benchmarks. If we cannot cite it, we do not claim it.
We do not promise results. We give estimates with honest bands, and we show the assumption behind every upside figure.
Everything we publish is reviewed by a native speaker in each of our four languages. Translated-sounding copy does not ship.
The people
We are a team of engineers, including certified Claude architects, spread across Cluj-Napoca, Satu Mare, Milan and Manchester. Most of us have been automating businesses for years; the AI practice grew out of that same habit of removing repetitive work.
Working across four markets keeps us grounded. A solution has to make sense to a knitwear manufacturer in Romania and a dealership in Manchester alike, in their own language, on their own numbers.
Sven leads our AI practice. Educated at the University of Manchester, he worked in AI start-ups in the UK before joining Svennis in 2023 to build the AI and Big Data side of the business. This site runs on the approach he brought with him: let the model do the reasoning, keep the numbers deterministic.
