Who is my contract with?

Svennis Cloud Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 13852193, 117 Upper Chorlton Road, Manchester M16 7RY. It contracts all UK work and is the controller for the data you give us as a visitor or client contact. The Romanian company does the engineering for it as a sub-processor under a written agreement.

Who will build our agent?

A Claude Certified Architect from our team, named in the offer. Ten colleagues hold the certification. The person on the first call is the person who scopes the work with you.

Where is the work done?

Scoping and the UK relationship from Manchester. Engineering in Cluj-Napoca and Satu Mare, Romania, under a written processing agreement with the UK company. Calls are by video, in UK hours.

Do you only work with Zoho?

No: we connect Claude to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, your CRM, your helpdesk and your ledger, such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or FreeAgent. We show you the options for each system (a connector, an MCP server, a plugin or a skill) and their cost, and you choose. Zoho is where we started in 2011; for Zoho itself, our Zoho site is svennis.co.uk.
