Weeks one and two: the measurement
- We measure from the admin console: the active seats, who signed in last month, which connectors are authorised.
- A connector is the link between Claude and a system, Microsoft 365 or Xero for example.
- We talk briefly with the teams that do not use Claude: what they tried, where they stopped, what takes their time.
You bring: Admin access to the Claude Team or Enterprise account, the list of teams with seats, and an owner with an hour a week. The teams give time for the short conversations and the sprint.

The four steps. Claude seats are billed to you directly by Anthropic, in pounds; an agent's model usage by Amazon Web Services, in US dollars, on use and not capped unless you set a budget.
Frequently asked questions
Our seats renew in two months. Is it worth starting?
Yes, for that very reason. In four weeks you have the usage figure by team and the cause for each, before the renewal date. If the figures say Claude has no place in the company, that is an answer too.
Can we reduce the number of seats after the diagnosis?
You set the number of seats with Anthropic, under its own terms. The report shows how many seats are active and how many are not, by team. With the figure in hand, you have something to discuss with Anthropic.
Why four weeks and not a single training session?
A single training session fixes one cause: nobody knows what to do with Claude. An unauthorised connector, a missing skill or a task that does not fit cannot be seen in a training room. Two weeks of measurement find them, and the sprint fixes them where it is needed.
What is a sprint?
Two weeks of work on one team, with a clear start and end. In it we write 5 to 8 skills, each with test cases and an owner, test them on real cases and train the team. In a Relaunch, the sprint goes to the team that uses Claude least.
How much of our time does it take?
A colleague who owns it gives an hour a week for four weeks: console access, answers, small decisions. The teams give time for a short conversation, and the sprint team for testing and training. The account admin joins the one-day Workshop and decides which tasks we start.
What do we pay on top of the Relaunch price?
Nothing to Svennis, for the four weeks. You already pay the seats to Anthropic, and a new connector is priced in the offer before you sign. Sprints for the other teams, after handover, are Department Activation, paid at the start of each.
We have Claude Enterprise, not Claude Team. Does it apply?
Yes. Claude Relaunch is for seats on Claude Team or Claude Enterprise. On Enterprise we also check sign-in with the company account and the roles in week one.
