What is the Claude Partner Network?
The Claude Partner Network is Anthropic's partner programme. Its members are the firms that put Claude to work for their clients.
Claude is the AI assistant made by Anthropic. We set it up in companies and build AI agents on it.
Why implement Claude with a partner
You can start on your own, and for one person writing emails and documents we recommend it. For a process, or for the whole team, this is the difference.

- You use Claude on your own, for emails and documents: Claude Pro is enough.
- You have a small team and want the accounts: Claude Team starts in minutes on Anthropic's website.
- You have an IT team that works with APIs and has the time: simple connections can be built in-house.
Why a Claude partner, not any firm that works with Claude
- Anthropic grants the status. Any firm can write on its website that it works with Claude. A firm becomes a Claude partner only after Anthropic has checked it.
- A Claude Certified Architect on your project. The architect comes from our team, where ten colleagues hold the certification.
- Your project is known to Anthropic. We register it with Svennis as the delivery partner. Anthropic receives your company name and the type of project, not your data.
- Product news straight from the source. Anthropic briefs its partners on product changes in dedicated sessions. We test each change on your cases before we move your agent.
- The status is kept only with live deployments. Anthropic grants it on the basis of certified specialists and of clients running Claude in production. We keep it by delivering well.

Who works on the project?
- Your agent is built by a Claude Certified Architect from our team. UK work is contracted by our company in Manchester, and our engineers work from Cluj-Napoca. We speak English, Romanian, German and Italian.
- No. We are a Zoho Premium Partner, but we build on the systems you have: Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent, your ERP or Microsoft 365. With Zoho we start faster; without Zoho, we work the same way.

Who are you?
Svennis Cloud Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 13852193, with its registered office in Manchester. Our engineering team is in Cluj-Napoca. We have built software and integrations since 2011, work on Claude since 2024 and are a Zoho Premium Partner.
Does Anthropic certify Svennis?
No. Anthropic certifies people, not firms: ten of our colleagues hold the Claude Certified Architect certification. The firm is a Select Partner in the Claude Partner Network.
Can I implement Claude myself, without a partner?
Yes. For one person, or a small team that uses the chat, we recommend starting on your own. A partner matters when Claude has to be connected to your systems, tested on your cases and used by the whole team.
What does the status change for my project?
The project is registered with Anthropic, with Svennis as the delivery partner, on your account. Certified colleagues work on it. The price of the seats does not change: Anthropic sets it.
Do you resell Claude?
No. You have your own Anthropic account and buy the seats or the API usage directly from Anthropic. Svennis designs, builds and runs on your account. Claude pricing in the UK
Do you work with a manufacturer that does not use Zoho?
Yes. For a manufacturer the typical process is the order that arrives by email or in the ERP, the quote, or delivery tracking. The two published cases are a service desk and a customer assistant; the way of working is the same.
Where do you deliver?
The UK, Romania, Italy, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, on site or remotely. The prices on our UK pages are in pounds.
How do I check the status?
In Anthropic's partner directory, once our profile is public. Until then, our statement is the one above: Svennis Cloud Solutions is a Select Partner in the Claude Partner Network.
