How it unfolds, step by step

Week one: the preparation, on your data
- At kickoff, the first working session, we agree who takes part: the account admin, whoever signs off the budget, one colleague per function.
- Each function gets a short questionnaire: what it does each day, how long it takes, where it gets stuck, which systems it uses.
- If you work in Zoho CRM, Desk or Books, we pre-fill the questionnaires with Claude from your own data. You correct them.

Is it for your company?

All prices. Claude seats are billed to you directly by Anthropic, in pounds; an agent's model usage by Amazon Web Services, in US dollars, on use and not capped unless you set a budget.
Frequently asked questions
Is it taken off the pilot?
Yes, in full, if you sign Pilot A or B within 60 days of the handover. Pilot B: from 12,500 GBP less 2,500 GBP, so from 10,000 GBP. Pilot A: from 16,800 GBP less 2,500 GBP, so from 14,300 GBP.
Who signs off the targets?
Whoever signs off the budget in your company: the person who can say what a good result is. In a small company, usually the managing director. The pilot is then judged on figures agreed at the start, not on impressions.
Can we skip the Workshop and start with a pilot?
Yes, if you have chosen the process, know how long it takes today and who signs off the targets. If not, the Workshop produces them in two weeks. Pilot A can also be bought directly, after a half-day scoping session.
We use Zoho. Does it matter?
Zoho helps, but it is not a condition: with Zoho CRM, Desk or Books we pre-fill the questionnaires from your data. Without Zoho, we start from Xero, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, through their connectors. For your other systems, the plan says what we would build, with the cost of each option, and you choose.
How much of our time does it take?
About a day of your team's time on site, plus two short calls: the kickoff and the handover. In week one, colleagues complete the questionnaires. The rest is our work.
What if the plan shows an AI agent is not worth it?
The plan says so, with the figures, and we do not propose a pilot for the sake of it. The plan stays yours: the list of processes, the costs, the data answer. You owe nothing more.
