How the score is calculated
You answer 18 questions across the six pillars, which takes about 5 minutes. Your 0-100 score is computed deterministically: a formula applies the pillar weights (data 1.3, strategy 1.2, process 1.1, technology 1.0, skills 1.0, governance 0.9), so the result is arithmetic, not a model's opinion.
The narrative report is written by Claude, but it only interprets the computed scores. It cannot change them. You also get a radar chart per pillar, so you can see at a glance where you are strong and where the gaps sit.
