Claude at work in your company, in four steps
You do not buy everything at once. At the end of each step you hold something concrete, and you decide whether to go further.
First step: Claude Readiness Workshop, 2 weeks, 2,500 GBP.
Book a 30-minute call · with a Claude Certified Architect from our team. Not ready to talk? See it on your business first.
Asset Services Group, UK: the IT service desk in Microsoft Teams, writing to Zoho Desk. 99.7% of requests reach the right form first time.
Four examples of the Claude work Svennis has delivered, four windows. Walkthroughs written from the projects, not recordings; names and figures are illustrative.
Is it for your company?
It works best if:
- 01The decision is made in the UK, and your company wants Claude on one process or for the whole team.
- 02A repeated process takes hours every day: quotes, orders, support requests, invoices.
- 03You work in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or FreeAgent, in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, or in Zoho. Zoho helps, but it is not a condition.
- 04Someone in the company signs off the budget and can sign off the targets; in a small company, usually the owner.
- 05You want Claude working on real cases, not a demonstration.
It is not for you if
- 01You want an assistant on top of the procedures manual. An assistant that only answers questions does not change how the work is done. In the Workshop we mark it as postponed, with the reason written down.
- 02Nobody can sign off the targets. At the review we put the result beside the targets signed off at kick-off. Without someone who signs off the budget and the targets, we do not start a pilot.
- 03You want a demonstration, not production. The pilot runs on your real cases, with a colleague who approves. A presentation on invented data tells you nothing about your company.
- 04You want to pay only after the result. You get the final price in the written offer, before you sign. The result is measured at the review, and the decision to go on is yours.
What can go wrong, and what we do then
- We make sure at the start that the agreed targets are right and reachable in production.
- We do not promise, and do not accept at the offer stage, requirements that cannot be met.
- At day 30 you see the result against the targets signed off at kick-off, then choose: a clearer scope, a new scope or stop.
- Most often the cause is a link to a system that has disconnected, not a lack of interest.
- We check the links first, then the Claude ambassadors and the skills' instructions.
- We fix what does not work and measure the team's use again.
- We do not switch to the new version at the press of a button.
- We test it first on the real cases the agent was checked on, and only then switch it on.
- The test is part of Managed AI Operations; without it, we quote it separately.
- We find this out in the Workshop, before any pilot.
- If a type of data cannot lawfully be sent, we postpone that process and you sign nothing for it.
- Spending limits are set from day one, on your account, and a named colleague watches the usage.
- The monthly report shows the real usage beside the estimate in the offer, so you can act in time.
The four steps
For each step: how long it takes, what you hold at the end and what it costs. The details are on each package's page.
Before step 1, free: describe your company in one sentence, and Claude shows you on the spot which process is worth automating first. Try the free analysis.

Why "from"?
Only the Workshop has a price without "from". On the others, the final sum depends on what we build for your company.
- 01How many connectors, MCP servers and plugins we build for your systems.
- 02How many skills and routines we prepare and test.
- 03How many departments, seats and channels are in the project.
- 04What your system offers: an API, or another route we choose together.
You get the final price in the written offer, before you sign. It does not change along the way without your agreement.
On Pilot A, the base price covers one process end to end, one channel, the existing connectors, one new MCP server and the skills. Pilot B covers the company account for the whole team, the existing connectors, three real tasks, the company's AI policy and two Claude ambassadors.
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoho and Xero have connectors in Anthropic's directory; Xero's reads but does not write. For Sage, FreeAgent or any other system with an API, we build the connector or MCP server on its API. For a system with no public API, we show you the options with the cost of each, and you choose.
No bundles and no other discounts: sign a pilot within 60 days of the Workshop and the Workshop is credited in full. Take one process and three departments. The Workshop is 2,500 GBP; Pilot A is from 16,800 GBP less 2,500 GBP, so from 14,300 GBP. Activation at the base price adds 3 x 5,600 GBP, and the total to day 90 starts at 33,600 GBP.
All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT.

Higher volumes move to the larger subscription, from 850 GBP a month. AI assistant setup: from 4,200 GBP, invoiced at go-live.

Managed AI Operations
An agent does not stay good on its own: Claude gets new versions, your systems change, the volume grows. We keep everything running and improve it month by month.
- monthlyLiteOne agent or assistant: monitoring, new Claude versions tested on your cases, a quarterly readout.from 550 GBP a month
- monthlyStandardOne agent, fully run: the test set kept current, new Claude versions, cost tuning, a monthly report and one improvement a month.from 1,650 GBP a month
- monthlyFullSeveral agents, or a team on Claude Team or Enterprise. We train your internal team and hand over to it: consulting hours, training for new colleagues.Priced on scope
Monthly, no minimum term. Stop in any month; what we built stays with you.
An agent's model usage is billed by Amazon Web Services or Anthropic in US dollars, on use, on your account. At a few thousand emails, orders or tickets a month it usually comes to tens of pounds. Seats, on Claude Team or Enterprise only, you pay to Anthropic directly, in pounds. Their list, with the date we read it, is on the Claude pricing page: Claude pricing in the UK.
Two companies, measured figures
Both figures are published with the client's name and its written approval.
How does it run in your company?
Your account, your data, your keys: everything runs on your company's account with Anthropic or on your own AWS account in London, never on ours.
What we hand over stays with you: the agent, the test set, the instructions, the activity log, the admin access. If we stop, the agent carries on.
Where the data is processed we write down from day one, by category. Your duties under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 are on the page about the account, the data and the law.
Questions we are often asked
Which Claude plan do I need, and what do the seats cost?
An agent needs no seats: you pay only the usage, on your account. If the team works with Claude directly, Claude Team is the business plan, and Claude Enterprise adds more controls for IT. Anthropic sets the seat prices; the UK list, with the date we read it, is on the Claude pricing page. Claude pricing in the UK
Where does the company's data go?
To your account: every pilot and every assistant runs on your company's account with Anthropic or on your own AWS account, with your keys. You open the account in your company's name, and we help. Where the data is processed we write down from day one, by category. How Claude runs in your company
Who invoices, and how?
Svennis Cloud Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales, invoices you in pounds, with VAT added. The written offer sets out when each part is invoiced. Anthropic bills the seats separately, and AWS or Anthropic the usage.
What happens if the result misses the targets?
We make sure at the start that the agreed targets are right and reachable in production. We do not promise, and do not accept at the offer stage, requirements that cannot be met. At the review we measure against the same targets, and the decision is yours: extend with a precise scope, adjust or stop. What can go wrong, and what we do then
Do I need Zoho?
No: we work with the systems you have: Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or any system with an API. For each connection we build a connector, an MCP server, a plugin or a skill, and you choose from the options and their costs. Zoho helps, but it is not a condition.
How long until the first agent is working?
30 days from kick-off, on Pilot A. First the signed-off targets, today's baseline and the test set; then the build and the tests on your cases. Go-live comes with a colleague who approves, then the day-30 review against the targets.
Who works on the project?
Claude Certified Architects from our team. The same team built the assistants for Asset Services Group and Salus Controls. You talk to the people who build, not to a sales department. What Select Partner means for your project
Can I skip the Workshop and start with a pilot?
Yes, if you have already chosen the process, know how long it takes today and have someone who signs off the budget and the targets. If not, the Workshop prepares them in two weeks. Without them, at day 30 you cannot tell whether the pilot was worth it.

What happens on the first call?
30 minutes, free and without a demonstration, with a Claude Certified Architect from our team. We ask about one process: who does it, where it gets stuck and who would sign off the targets.
